Not much Milan

Don't get me wrong, Milan maybe a wonderful city, fashion designer's labels etc.. but I went to Milan only to see Bonita. Infact initially when I decided to do the course in Vienna - I just want to go down to Milan on the weekend to catch up with Boni but then Italy as a holiday came about and I only have weekdays to spend in Milan. Boni is a very workaholic gal of mine. I wish I see her more whilst I was there but I don't want to be a pest. So the first night in Milan I went and catch up with her [and did my laundry there, her daughter Lala is most gorgeous little girl, when I said to her "Let's check out the washing" she already had them all hanging in the spare room.. wow she is so efficient]

Too much talking and forgot to take her picture. Her mum still remembered me (I felt a bit shy because I lost most of my Indonesian vocabulary and didn't talk much to her mum)

Second day we took a tour [bus+train] up to St. Moritz, Switzerland (but that is another entry)

We only has one day to see Milan. We went to Duomo (yes many duomos in Italy)  and the Castle.

 Castello Sforzesco, now houses many art galleries and museums. I didn't go into any museum in there. Just wondering around and marvelling around the 14th century architecture.

Best tasting pizza... they are in shop called 'Forno' [bakery]. In my opinion this is better than a proper pizza at the restaurant.

Good use of my new boots! (not new anymore!). Vesuvius was not very high to hike but it's quite tricky with the volcanic rocks tracks, very slippery and one of the girls in our tour ended up with bleeding knee.
